Great customer service, great product

I had to contact the company after my order was lost in the mail. They were super helpful in getting another copy sent out right away. This was above and beyond. It is not their fault that over a week later the package was simply lost in the system somewhere. Tracking had it going from here to there to everywhere except to my house. Props to you guys for making it right
